Where is the event venue, and how do I get there?

The event will take place at the Leonardo Hotel, Cardiff and is less than half an hour from Cardiff Airport, 5 minutes from Cardiff Queen St Railway Station and onsite car parking available.

Are the sessions recorded?

The MDT is an in-person only event and sessions will not be recorded. PDF versions of slides will be available to download via the App.

Printed copies of the programme will also be provided.

What time do I need to arrive for registration?

Registration will open at 9:30am on Thursday 1 May 2025. Tea and Coffee will be served on arrival and lunch will be provided.

Can I apply for a travel grant?

Travel grants are available to apply for after the MDT meeting. The form to complete can be downloaded here - TRAVEL GRANT FORM. Travel grant applications will only be accepted based on specific criteria and to a maximum of £100 per delegate providing the delegate is present and checks in at the meeting on both days.
